1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Astra Loom, you agree to these terms and the rules of the storefront through which you obtained the game.
2. License
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the game or its services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Virtual items
Stardust is a consumable virtual game item. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged outside the game. Prices and taxes are displayed and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase.
4. Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads are optional. The stated in-game reward is delivered after the advertising provider confirms completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
5. Refunds
Storefront refund rules apply. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple or Google, which controls the payment transaction.
6. Availability and changes
We may update balance, content, compatibility, or services to improve security, fairness, compliance, or gameplay. We aim to preserve purchased value, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

1. Kabul
Astra Loom’u indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları ve oyunu edindiğiniz mağazanın kurallarını kabul edersiniz.
2. Lisans
Oyunu yasal ve ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla kullanmanız için kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verilir. Yürürlükteki kanunun açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında oyunu veya hizmetlerini kopyalayamaz, yeniden satamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, bozamaz ya da istismar edemezsiniz.
3. Sanal öğeler
Yıldız tozu tüketilebilir sanal oyun öğesidir. Nakit değeri yoktur, devredilemez ve oyun dışında takas edilemez. Fiyatlar ve vergiler satın alma öncesinde Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından gösterilir ve işlenir.
4. Ödüllü reklamlar
Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır. Belirtilen oyun içi ödül, reklam sağlayıcısı tamamlanmayı doğruladıktan sonra teslim edilir. Reklam bulunabilirliği garanti edilmez.
5. İadeler
Mağaza iade kuralları geçerlidir. İade talepleri ödeme işlemini yöneten Apple veya Google üzerinden iletilmelidir.
6. Kullanılabilirlik ve değişiklikler
Güvenlik, adalet, uyumluluk veya oynanışı iyileştirmek için dengeyi, içeriği, uyumluluğu ya da hizmetleri güncelleyebiliriz. Satın alınan değeri korumayı amaçlarız; ancak kesintisiz kullanılabilirlik garanti edilmez.
7. Sorumluluk
Oyun kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Dolaylı veya sonuç olarak doğan kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar yasal olarak sınırlandırılamayan hakları sınırlandırmaz.
